Background
Dylan Livingston, Founder of Livingston Longevity LLC, is a strategist, advisor, and nonprofit founder working at the intersection of health policy, biotechnology, and longevity science. His work focuses on accelerating innovation in aging research and expanding access to emerging therapies through smart, forward-looking policy.
He is the founder of the Alliance for Longevity Initiatives (A4LI), the first nonprofit dedicated solely to advancing federal longevity policy, and LongeviPAC, the nation’s first political action committee focused on aging and healthspan. Under his leadership, A4LI has played a key role in building political momentum around longevity, including:
- Forming and growing the Longevity Science Caucus in Congress
- Producing original whitepapers and policy briefs to guide regulatory and legislative progress in the field
- Hosting the annual A4LI DC Summit, which convenes top scientists, investors, and policymakers to align on national strategy
Dylan also played a central role in the development and successful passage of two groundbreaking laws in Montana: SB 422, which expanded access to investigational treatments beyond FDA pathways, and SB 535, the first U.S. law to formally establish a framework for experimental treatment centers focused on emerging health technologies.
He works with companies, investors, and government leaders to design long-term strategies that align science, public policy, and capital around the future of human longevity.
Dylan splits his time between Washington, DC, San Francisco, Montana and New York.
